If you'd like to submit a photo for us to insert in
your magnet, please send it to us as an attachment, not as an
embedded file.

We accept all image file formats (i.e., jpg, bmp, png,
gif).

We
would love to have your pictures looking as sharp and clear as
possible. When submitting photos please make sure they're at
least 300 dpi when scanned. The resolution of digital photos need to be at least
150 dpi (or dots per inch).

If
you plan on sending in photos for scanning, for best results we recommend
that you send us clear, bright, and sharp photos, satin
(matte) finish are acceptable. Glossy finished photos are the best.

You
may send us a wallet sized up to an 8" x 10" enlargement photo for
scanning. Please do not send photos
smaller than 2" x 3" or larger than 8" x 10".

Please
don't send slides or negatives for scanning.

If mailing in a photo we'll
handle it with care and return it to you unharmed along with
your completed order.

If
you are undecided as to which photo would work best, you are welcome to send us more than one photo; but please
make sure you indicate that you are leaving the choice with us and/or would
like our opinion.

We
suggest that you please write your name and address on the back of each
photo that's submitted for scanning. Do not cut your photo!

If
your photo contains more than one person, please indicate the subject for
the custom magnet.
