Licensed or Copyrighted Photos/Images Notice:

We know how hard it is to get a good photo.  We would like to be able to use any photo you submit, however in accordance with copyright laws, we have the following policy:

We respect the rights and laws of all copyright-protected and/or licensed materials and do not reproduce them without our signed release form being completed by the copyright/license holder.

Don't let that worry you - we've never had a photographer (even from major department store chains, i.e. Sears, etc.) deny our customers a signature on the form. 

This being said, unless our release form is signed, and/or no mention is made of the photo being licensed or copyright-protected (i.e. professionally taken at a photo studio), we therefore assume that all submitted photos or images by our customers are license or copyright-free.  Please note herein, that the customer is held responsible for any liability if submitting a licensed item for reproduction and it is not the responsibility of Savethedateweddingphotomagnets.com, or it's affiliates.
